Sharks!

None of the shark pictures turned out, so maybe I should say stingrays in the title? Who is courageous enough to touch the stingrays?

I did and they were very wet and slimy!

We had a good trip to Las Vegas in June (for Talon's graduation). While we were there, we got to go to the Shark Reef at Mandalay Bay!

Vacation?

Did we mention that it snowed EVERY DAY during Spring break? Yep, I know these are old pictures, but I'm trying to help mom figure this out so I'm just experimenting! Kris

I'm Back??

I always enjoy my Christmas decorations. This year has been extra special because I finally got a Christmas Village that I've always wanted!

We went up for Krissy to put salt out at the 480. She had to carry 50# of salt because dad couldn't lift it. Afterward we had a picnic and then sat and watched a hugh herd of elk right on the corner of McIntyre road--fascinating!

Train Ride

We left the Minam Station at 5:pm Sept 1 and returned at 8:45. We ran a litte late because of cows on the tracks, a funny noise the engineer didn't like, and a change in direction. It was a fun trip with a dinner consisting of hourdvours and fondue--but it was a fun dinner. We only saw 4 deer! The engineer and the conductor saw a black bear! There was no moon, so it was pitch dark far about 1/2 hour coming home. (It was booked as a "moonlight" trip--beautiful with the full moon on the water! But no moon! We did enjoy it, though, and thank Krissy for the neat Christmas present!
